sweet-far-things a demandé: How old do you feel?

well sometimes I feel like I’m seven years old because most of the time, all I want to do is run barefoot through green grass sunsets and have squirt gun fights in the street and eat birthday cake with my fingers and play hide-and-seek in old, secret houses.

Then I feel a bit sad because I’m going to have to leave home soon and I’m going to have to think about money and college and jobs and I don’t want to think about any of those things. 

I feel very, very young. I still have all these childlike dreams and I don’t want to ever let them go.
